Reddit is the front page of the internet, filled with incredible videos from thousands of communities. But if you've ever tried to right-click and save a video from Reddit, you've probably noticed a major issue: there is no sound!
Reddit uses a custom video player called v.redd.it. To optimize streaming performance, Reddit separates the video stream from the audio stream. When you try to save the video natively through your browser, you are only grabbing the video stream.
To get a complete video, you need a tool that can fetch both streams and merge them back together.
